Personality type 1: The Reformer

Personality type 1: The Reformer. You want to be accurate, thorough, fair and objective.

Personality type 1: The Reformer. More importantly, you want to be respectable, to do what is right and what you feel is appropriate. You see yourself as rational, orderly and principled. You would like others to see you as reliable, responsible and ethical.

You value integrity, objectivity and honesty above all else. You hope to get that image by working hard, following protocol and your own ideals. You take pride in doing things well and excelling in your work is what you like most. It’s no surprise that you pay very close attention to detail. In order to be able to excel, you do things by the book and you want to know what’s appropriate and what isn’t.

You remind yourself constantly and almost automatically of what you should and shouldn’t do. You can sometimes come off as critical and judgmental, because you expect others to follow the same set of rules you abide by. It’s not as harsh as it sounds however, for you only want to help people avoid making mistakes. Being a teacher at heart, you always help others improving themselves.

You naturally avoid being irresponsible and you have a high risk aversion. You feel that expressing anger shows a loss of control, so you keep to yourself when the behavior of others bothers you.

Your Mantra

True perfection already exists in every moment, and there is nothing that needs to be reformed or improved in the eyes of the greater force.
