Herculean goes crowd. It has been in the air for a while and we’re happy now to confirm the news: Herculean will start crowdfunding as from 15th February. That’s good news, because it has been our ambition since the start to engage and reward our fan community. The time is now right for this step.
The crowdfunding campaign is purely based on equity crowdfunding and not on donations or rewards. What’s the difference? Equity crowdfunding is the online offering of private company securities to a group of people for investment. Because equity crowdfunding involves investment into a commercial enterprise, it is subject to financial regulation.
Our partner in crowdfunding is MyMicroInvest, the leading investment crowdfunding platform for investing in start-ups, scale-ups and other growing businesses in Europe.
The crowdfunding campaign will run for two months and is looking to raise at a minimum 50,000 EUR and at a maximum 300,000 EUR. In order to support further international growth and continue to elaborate the IT platform. Crowdfunding is part of a broader growth capital strategy that also consists of private equity, bank loan and investment by the management.
Herculean goes crowd. The launch of the campaign starts with a private event in Brussels on 15th February.
