An inconvenient truth

By:

An inconvenient truth.“A staggering 87% of all employees are not engaged or even disengaged. Many companies are experiencing a crisis of engagement and aren’t aware of it.” (Gallup)

However, companies with highly engaged workforces outperform their peers by 147% in earnings per share. Studies have shown that companies with engaged people run twice the revenue and four times the profit compared to companies with non engaged people.

Do you believe in the power of engagement?
Do you know your engagement index?
Do you have a plan to improve it and follow progress?
Do you have an idea on how to improve it?

We have been in the engagement industry for 20 years. The keynote of Satya Nadella, CEO of Microsoft, inspired us to white-label our existing platform for employees to become an online engagement platform. In fact, we had been using this platform since the start of our services business, but used it for internal use. We have digitally transformed ourselves and now it has become a product as such: “a CRM for your employees“.

The vision of Nadella started when he became the CEO in 2014. Microsoft is using technology to accelerate that transformation. It’s an inconvenient truth but tools like Office 365, Teams, Yammer, Workplace, Power BI, Skype for business… allow organisations to improve productivity and enhance engagement. More about this on Bloomberg. The Herculean platform adds  a broad range of features to involve employees even more. Actions, challenges, content, surveys, profiles, coins, gamification, reporting, communication…: these are essential elements in order to create an engaged workforce.

We couldn’t agree more that these tools actually improve employee engagement, when used properly. We took it even one step further and bring all engaging activities together on one platform, integrated with all these different tools.
