This week, the community came back together for a BRAVOS Lab at the Media One Hotel P7 Arena in Dubai.
Old faces. New energy. Fresh perspectives.
And one simple but powerful mission: to make employee engagement real again.
A Lab That Hit Home
Together with coach Carine Bouery and expert Benoit Demeulemeester, we explored Edward de Bono’s Six Thinking Hats — a practical method that helps teams think more clearly, creatively, and collaboratively.
This wasn’t just another workshop. It was a real lab.
A space to experiment, to connect, and to remind ourselves what leadership looks like when it’s built on trust.
Here’s what we took away:
- 🧠 The power of structured, parallel thinking
- 🌈 The value of diverse perspectives to drive innovation
- 🎯 A simple, shared framework to improve decisions
- 💬 A reminder that engagement starts with real conversations — and a strong community
“Most of all, we were reminded that we don’t need to be perfect to start. We just need to show up, listen, and grow together.”
📸 See the pictures on LinkedIn or Instagram and feel the energy for yourself.
