Fan Friday: Adecco!

Fan Friday: Adecco! Adecco attended the Belgium Hercules Trophy for the first time in 2010 and they immediately became one of the very loyal participants. Loyal, upbeat and successful! In 2011 Adecco even won the HR Trophy in Belgium.

The Adecco Group is the world’s leading provider of HR solutions with more than 32,000 employees and a network of 5,100 branches in over 60 countries. Adecco Belgium employs 800 staff members in 130 offices. They serve a growing number of clients with a wide variety of services from temporary staffing, selection and recruitment to HR support. Adecco consciously invests in their employees’ wellbeing. They strive for their staff to be inspired and challenged, to push their own boundaries and step out of their comfort zones.

Winning has never been the main objective for Adecco to subscribe to a major event as the Hercules Trophy. They just looked for a unique team building concept and that is exactly what they found with Hercules Trophy. The Hercules Trophy is one crazy, super-charged day, full of sporty challenges, team spirit and swinging ambiance. Participants get the chance to explore activities that they have never done before. And when they actually do win – like one of the Adecco teams did at the Belgium HR Trophy in 2011 – the joy and emotions are unforgettable.

Bjorn Van Reet, ICT Director for Adecco Belgium is very enthusiastic about the event and the awesome organization: Hercules Trophy is the best team building activity we’ve ever attended. Believe me… When you participate once, you’ll keep on participating year after year!

Another aspect that Adecco likes about the Hercules Trophy is the competition within the industry. Trying to be better than your sector colleagues is a challenge on its own and always big fun! The incredible atmosphere at the closing party proves that there’s nothing wrong with healthy competition. And last but not least, an important benefit from the Hercules day from herculean is the innumerable networking opportunities, up to C-level.
